A tool to dress avatar and export rigged clothes and base characters
How It Works
I. Import A Base Character
Import an interchangeable base character asset which is
- either downloaded from marketplace
- or exported by Character Convertor
- or exported by Skeleton Transfer
2. Import One or More Clothes
Import one or more interchangeable clothe assets which are
- either downloaded from marketplace
- or exported by Cloth Convertor
(Optionally) Add cloth bones
(Optionally) Transfer original cloth bones and skin weights
3. (Optionally) Import Original Character
Import the original base character fbx file corresponding to the interchangeable base character asset which
- shares the shape, skeleton and skin weight map
- is usually the one converted by Cloth Convertor to generate the interchangeable character asset
4. (Optionally) Fine-Tune
Edit the clothes and original character using rich functions to
- remove hidden and unused meshes and parts
- adjust vertex positions
- adjust skin weights
- adjust bones
- rename bones
5. Export
Export the clothes and original character to fbx files
